LUTZ ANTONI – CO-FOUNDER
In 2011, Lutz Antoni made his first HOLE-IN-ONE at Torrey Pines South, his favorite home golf course in San Diego California, and it prompted him to search for a special golf ball display. Many of the traditional wooden and acrylic displays felt out of date and not comparable to the modern environment he experienced while growing up and living half his life in Germany. It inspired him to create ALU DESIGN which focuses on designing ultra modern sport memorabilia displays for various types of collectibles.
Mr. Antoni appreciates the minimalistic designs found in the automotive and consumer industry and has developed a line of sports displays matching today’s modern office and home décor. He wants the consumer to take pleasure in placing the display on their desk or hanging it on the wall at the home, office or their club.
JOHN HAYES – CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Hayes has been involved with several start-ups, including Autogenomics, US Public Technologies, North Technology Systems, APEXAdvancedDrivingSchool, and Hayes Engineering. Mr. Hayes has spent the last 27 years involved in the design of industrial automation, as well as products for both the consumer and automotive markets. He has now focused on providing the best quality displays for memorabilia and collectables. Now, teaming up with Co-Founder Lutz Antoni, together they will fill the gap left by products made of traditional materials. As fans of Apple’s design philosophy, they have embarked on creating a line of products which matches the modern vision of today, the vision that has created the most sought-after products in the world.
